I've been looking back into my daily stand-up updates and turning things into monthly or quarterly reflections under the #journal tag here. This note is from my first quarter at Canopy after doing some parsing and summarization over the last 7 years.
I've been trying to help some colleagues get a job in this current market, and one thing that I noticed is that people struggle to keep their LinkedIn/resumes up to date with their actual achievements.
This last month was bittersweet. I've celebrated great achievements at work. We rebranded KYT to Canopy in just three weeks, launched our iOS app, and I shipped our AI Assistant. But, last week was also my last one full-time at Canopy. Things weren't always easy. Going after the ambitious goal of helping people become better managers at scale with a small team required a lot of effort, and I am so proud of what we accomplished.
